If an un-deployed studio monitor pair, reference headphone set, or premium mixology accessory arrives with a verified manufacturing defect (such as cosmetic finish blemishes, voice coil scraping, or channel imbalance), displays transit damage, or deviates from your ordered technical model dimensions, you may request a fresh exchange or credit replacement within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a hardware verification claim, the items must be entirely unused, unplayed, free of operational scuffs or fingerprint oils, and stored inside their original pristine retail packaging with all factory internal dividers, cable bindings, and engineering tamper seals entirely untampered.

3.2 Biological Hygiene & Studio-Contact Safety Exclusions

To maintain absolute sanitary security, biological cleanliness, and pristine material purity across our close-contact listening hardware network, any on-ear or over-ear headphones, replacement leather earpads, or near-field monitors that have been unpacked from their protective factory sleeves, mounted on a monitoring desk, or exposed to sweat and skin oils cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Furthermore, custom laser-etched branding configurations or high-volume custom production fleet orders are strictly excluded from standard returns.
